Currently, we are working through meditations from the Temple of High Witchcraft, a series on CD,  by Chris Penczak. These are a series of visualizations led by Chris. Each one lasts about 20 mins. long. These meditations are helpful to internalize the many associations with the different sefira (sephira), or the spheres of influence that make up the Qabala, or the Tree of Life.
